FuneralSure is a pre-paid funeral plan offered exclusively by Ang Chin Moh Funeral Directors. Pre-paid funerals allow the advance planning of a funeral, whilst protecting your loved ones against unexpected costs and uncertainty about your final wishes. We will ensure that your funeral is professionally carried out when the eventual happens.

  1. How does FuneralSure work?

           It is a simple and easy 6-steps process.

  5. A copy of FuneralSure contract and supporting documents will be sent out.

  1. How do I make payment for FuneralSure?

An initial deposit of 20% of the FuneralSure contract sum is required. Payment can be made via various methods. The remaining sum can be paid in 12, 18, 24 or 30 months instalments.


  1. What if I want to terminate the contract?

Your initial deposit will be forfeited.


  1. What if I am unable to finish paying the instalment?

The FuneralSure contract will lapse if full payment is not made.

Alternatively, the nominee can make the remaining payment in full before executing the contract.


  1. What happens if I’m still paying instalment and I pass on?

The nominee can make the remaining payment in full before executing the contract.


  1. Is the FuneralSure contract transferable?

    Yes, the FuneralSure contract can be transferred. Such request has to be made in writing and a nominal administrative will be charged for any change. If there is a change in beneficiary or nominee, the parties involved need to be present for the change.


  1. Can I change the contents after the FuneralSure contract has been signed?

Yes, you can make changes to the contract. Such request has to be made in writing and a nominal administrative will be charged for any change.


  1. Will the package I purchase now still be available 10 years later?

To stay relevant, we update our packages from time to time.

In the event this is a change in the package, which was signed prior, we will make adjustments based on the value of the package.

If there is any change in product or in the event the product becomes obsolete, we will replace it with a similar product of the same value.


  1. Does the final funeral arrangement have to strictly follow what was agreed in the FuneralSure contract?

We understand that circumstances and preferences change over time. A request for change in the FuneralSure contract can be made with us anytime.

During the final funeral arrangement, we will execute according to the FuneralSure contract. However, if the family requests for addition or reduction of any product or services, it has to be made through the appointed nominee. Addition of any product or services will incur additional costs. For reduction of product or services, there will be no refund made.


  1. What happens when I pass on?

When the time comes, your nominee needs to contact us. We will then take care of the arrangements according to the contract.


  1. What happens if the nominee passes on before the beneficiary?

A change of nominee can be initiated by the beneficiary.


  1. What happens if Ang Chin Moh ceases operation before my FuneralSure contract is executed?

Ang Chin Moh Funeral Directors is owned by the Ang family for more than 100 years and is currently managed by professional and dynamic 4th generation owners and their team.

 All FuneralSure contracts will be fulfilled by a nominated third-party funeral director should the company ceases operation.

For partially paid up contracts, full payment has to be made to the nominated third-party funeral director before fulfilment of the contract.
