Coordinating Funeral

Flowers & wreaths

Flowers and wreaths are commonly used as a condolence gifts from guests to family.

Flowers represent life and resurgence. In fact, wreaths have been used since the time of ancient Greece, to represent a circle of eternal life. Wreaths are presented in the form of a ring, and that is a symbol of the cycle of life, culminating in death. Flowers commonly used at a funeral include lilies (restoration, purity and sympathy), carnations (love and remembrance) and chrysanthemums (lamentation and grief).
