The staff are all very professional and respectful to the deceased. It was a smooth send off for my late husband. Special mention to Wei Jian and the other staff who was at the ash collection centre. They are botg an asset to the company.

Wei Jian has been helpful, professional and patient in handling the affairs throughout the family's grieving process. The set up has been elegant and tastefully done. When questions were asked they have provided helpful guidance on what needs to be done.

We wish to express our gratitude to Kelvin and Adrian Chua for the patience and help to make my uncle's funeral with dignity and love. Upon receiving the news about my uncle's demise, Kelvin arrived at St Luke promptly. He gave us time to do prayer while he waited patiently outside the room. The next day he printed copies of my uncle death certificate and photographs for necessary procedures. It was totally hassle-free for us. Grateful to the boss of Ang Chin Moh (ACM) who advised us what to prepare for placing the ashes in the niche at Kong Meng San Monastery (KMS). He is such a humble boss! At KMS, Adrian of ACM waited before scheduled time with my uncle ashes. He patiently and lovingly guided us to proceed with the procedure. He told us that they are not supposed to accept any red packet because it is their duty from the heart. Whenasked why he is this job, he told us that the funeral of his Ah Gong and Ah Mah triggered him. He wanted to treat grieving people the way he wanted to be treated. Thanks Ang Chin Moh on the service provided for my dad’s last journey. Fast response from Vam and Kevin at any moment displaying professionalism and providing explanations and clarifications along the way. Everything is well taken care of from the very moment. The team is prompt when we called and gets everything in place very soon. Vam is warm and friendly providing advises on things which might be easily overlooked on from time to time. The one of the staff setting up the funeral place was harassed by the bees at the multipurpose hall but still gave polite smile when walking pass our family Wei Jian the Emcee is observant and did great help to calm emotions. The staffs that helped with the ash collection were patient and attentive. Everyone paid great attention to ensure nothing went wrong during the entire process. Vam and kenny provide very good and efficent service during the recent wake of my aunty. They go all the way to accede to our request and is always there to help us with our query. Also very impressed with the decoration of the casket and the super luxurious mercs hearse. Thank you Vam for finding a nice hearse car fir us. The scattering of the ash at Marina South pier is a great success. Kenny provide us with good guidance and make the trip very memorable. I highly recomnend Acm service . Our family has been going to Ang Chin Moh (ACM) for funeral services and assistance for 3 generations now. They have always been a trusted advisor and steady support to us in our times of bereavement. While I have seen them at work over the years at our family funerals, I worked with the ACM team personally when my own father just passed away recently. The team led by Mr Ang Ziqian was extremely helpful, attentive and professional throughout the entire process. They guided us gently along on the journey, recognising that we needed time to grieve; but were also organised and responsive in making sure we attended to the necessary decisions/ tasks every step of the way.
