My sister passed on this Monday morning, 3 Nov 2025. I called Ang Chin Moh Funeral Directors. The response was very fast and their representative Mr Kelvin Tan came over to discuss over the funeral arrangements. We were totally clueless and were grateful for the advice given by Kelvin. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently from the setup team and their team leader who patiently explained the procedures. We only had an old photo from my sister's Passion card and they did a marvelous job to print out the photo for the funeral service. They also gave passport size photos too. But unfortunately it was in colour and the temple requested us to convert to black and white. I'm extremely grateful that Kelvin was able to arrange for that to be done and he did it without any fuss or complaints. All in all, it was a hassle free experience with Ang Chin Moh Funeral Directors and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kelvin was a meticulous coordinator. He was compassionate and patient when we had to deal with the death of my grandma which involved several stakeholders with different views. The execution of the funeral was done very professionally and elegantly. Grandma's dignity was preserved and elevated. The sudden demise of my mother got me scrambling for a funeral director to handle the matter early in the morning. As I didn't have any referrals and was alone, I just googled. A few came up on that Saturday morning, after messaging them, non reply within an hour so I had to search again. Next, Ang Chin Moh came up as 24hrs service so I called, immediately my call was transferred to Vam, the funeral director. He was very professional to explain what is the next step I had to take and gave very clear instructions as I just wanted a simple next-day cremation. Within 2 hours they arrived and respectfully removed my mother's body for embalming and brief wake at their centre. Arrangements were done quickly and with no fuss. The staffs are very polite and respectful. My brother and I are very happy with the service given. Ang Chin Moh deserves 5 stars rating.

I found Ang Chin Poh pre wake planning advice very helpful and played a key part allowing us to cope with the grief of a bereavement without having the distraction of also having to sort out the logistical details of the wake options. The service provided was always respectful and professional. What stands out most is the flexibility of the commercials that allowed one to pay for what one gets (vs being locked into a fixed package). The teams are very professional from begining till the end. They also answered our questions patiently when we are in doubt. They explain each detail with every steps with patience. Mr Ang also explained clearly on what to do and select the best options for us, for example which location to do the wake better and the send us the itinerary on that day to remind us. The team also attended to all families and friends well. For instance, if they are not sure what to do, they will show them how to do exactly and direct them nicely. The staffs touched our hearts with their kind act too. For instance, the staff wearing specs who stayed throughout inside the crematorium with us tocuhed our hearts most. He kindly rearranged the flowers on top of the coffin to look nicer and even offered to play Buddha chanting music for our grandma. Appreciate it alot and a big thank you to the team to make this whole thing smoothly.

Simply put - We couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and efficient funeral service for my dad.Right from the first phone call, we were treated with kindness and were provided with the best advice every step of the way - which was very much needed during the time of grief.Our funeral director Vam showed utmost care, knowledge and professionalism while also being extremely approachable and friendly.He also gave us time and space to pay our final respects.Every staff member, from pallbearers to the driver, performed their roles with a great sense of dedication and patience.I would also like to thank the director who decorated the casket so beautifully with fresh flowers, and also set aside a basket of additional fresh flowers for us to place on the casket before the cremation ceremony.We opted for the willow casket as my dad had expressed interest in environmentally-friendly coffins many years back.Not only is the willow casket a more environmentally-friendly option, it also looks very pretty.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Ang Chin Mo Funeral Directors for a seamless, beautiful and serene funeral service.

My beloved 102 years old grandma passed away beautifully and peacefully recently.We’ve previously engaged Ang Chin Moh when my uncle passed away and found their services professional. As such, we decided to contact them again.Though it was close to midnight when we contacted the company, Kelvin (the funeral director assigned) met us at the hospital rather promptly. He was warm, personal and professional.He and his team guided us every step of the way and was very responsive to our queries. Everything was taken care of professionally, efficiently and also with warmth and respect. My mother passed away suddenly and my family was completely lost on the funeral procedures. We chose ACM as my late mother used to share about the company's long history when we passed by their office on the way to school decades ago. Despite the relatively young team who handled my mother's funeral, the team is patient, understanding and calm from body collection from hospital, funeral to the ash collection. I am thankful to Vam, the Malaysian employee who followed us throughout the whole process, the man in grey suit and everyone in the team, the men who arranged the flowers at the funeral, the monk and chanting team, etc. I will always remember their help and company during this very difficult 5 day period for my family. Vam, Weijie and their team (sorry I do not know all their names) managed and guided us through the last part of my mother's journey. I must thank them for slowing down especially for us. They have been very compassionate in managing this few days which has been a most difficult one for us, and they managed the timing very well.It was raining heavily on the day to Mandai, I am very thankful the team managed the logistics very well. The car driver task was made a lot more challenging and he managed very well. My sincere thanks, I know the timing is very tight for the journey. He did not make me feel the tension but I know he was under tremendous pressure while driving.Vam and the team were very helpful in explaining the basis of customs, and then giving us the room to make an informed decision. Vam waited us for us to bring my mother clothes on the first day we went to see him, staying late....we are very thankful to be given time to choose a set of clothing for my mother she really loves.All in all, the team that brought a lot of comfort to us, they were very patient in explaining everything to us. I also thank Mr Ang for coming personally to decorate the casket. This team has been very warming to the heart for my family at such a difficult time and we thank everyone in the team, sorry there were many others in the team who helped us along the team, please pardon us as we were also in grief and at times we did not remember to say thanks.

My family engaged Ang Chin Moh’s services in 2021 for our late father and we were very satisfied and impressed with their services. Recently our mother was critically ill and Ang Chin Moh was alerted to be on standby. Zhi Qian was very helpful in providing advice and guidance and he was very professional to meet us at our late mother’s house a few hours of her passing on at 6 am to brief us through what to expect during the wake, the selection of the casket, package options and the funeral. The set up and decorations of the wake was solemn and nice. The funeral went smoothly with their assistance and we were very grateful to Zhi Qian, Li Fang and Kelvin for their excellent service. Li Fang was very thoughtful and observant during the whole event. She was quick to pass tissue papers to us when we were sobbing and told us to chant Namo Amitabha during certain moments. Ang Chin Moh handled the whole event very well and that allowed us to focus on mourning for our late mother and we do not need to worry about other details. Highly recommended.

Kelvin Tan, the funeral director assigned is personal and professional in his service. He walks through the process every step of the way and is very responsive to our queries. The wake area was very nicely setup and amenities provided gave a very comforting feel for the bereaved. The wake/funeral was professionally carried out without hassle and the personnel on the ground conducting the rites are very professional and helpful. Kelvin also had the basic courtesy of not sending us the invoice until I reach out to him, which showed a very compassionate side of the company.

Very helpful especially the moment you are lost and don’t know what to do. Vam is fast in response and the advice he give did help a lot to me and my family. However, the operation staff missed out the white towel for my relatives after the funeral and also, one of the staff keep chasing us out after my mum coffin was send in. We lost our soul after we saw our mum was forever gone. Can’t he give us abit more time to settle down? Like 5min??

My dad died during Chinese New Year, the most taboo period of the year for funerals. Ang Chin Moh guided us through this difficult time with an incredibly competent and efficient team, which went above and beyond to hold an elaborate Taoist funeral that truly honoured his legacy. As a very Westernised Singaporean, I was especially moved by how they were able to patiently guide me through the rituals without judgment. Their pricing was also extremely reasonable. Our Dad passed away in January this year and we were devastated. The Ang Chin Moh funeral director met us at the hospital and guided us every step of the way from the hospital to the ash collection. Handling death in a family is not a common experience for everyone. So we were very happy to have Ang Chin Moh Funeral Directors come help us when our mum passed away recently. Right from the early morning call when our mum passed away until ash collection, Kelvin had been there to guide and make all the necessary arrangements. He also assisted us with additional services when we needed them on short notice. When I had a minor problem trying to book the wake venue via OneService, he was able to advice what to do and had the Tanjong Pagar TC number handy. His team also did everything quietly and with deep sensitivity. During the final service, there was an Indian gentleman who help ensure we did the prayers in the correct sequence, and repeatedly told us "slowly, slowly, no rush"Mr Ang himself called on the 2nd or 3rd day of the wake to ask if everything was fine, and on the final day of the wake, he came personally to painstakingly arrange the flowers on the casket. On behalf of our family, we again thank Ang Chin Moh Funeral Director for helping with the arrangements.

I held my grandmother's funeral at the multi purpose hall (MPH) at my HDB. The funeral period is longer than the usual (7 days) as we are waiting for overseas relatives and guests to arrive in Singapore.That also meant that we are able to cater to everyone wishes such as conducting both Buddhist and Taoist rites for my grandmother. Kelvin, the funeral director, was instrumental in navigating the complexities of having the dual ceremonies.Thiru who is on site to assist the funeral received much praise from the guests for his dedication and professionalism.The funeral proceeded smoothly, fulfilling my grandma's wishes. For that we are very thankful to Ang Chin Moh. All the staffs we have dealt with have been very professional in their undertaking.

I would like to express my appreciation to Mr Ang Ziqian, managing director of Ang Chin Moh Group, for his excellent service. He helped us to source for the supplier to made the paper 7th storey hotel, aeroplane, ship & car at short notice. We had searched for a supplier who was willing to take the job for 2 months but with no success. Fortunately, we approached Mr Ang for help. We are grateful that Mr Ang stepped in to help and everything went well and smooth on the actual day. I would also like to thank his 2 staff that came to the site to make sure that everything was in order. First my sincere thanks to the ACM team especially Vam, the minute they were contacted to handle my dear mother demise, the services provided were seamless. Vam was there to organize and arrange what need doing, and at the same time explaining the world process. We were at ease, not agitated with the whole process.
